The Founder
Quantum CMS Foundation CIC was founded by Zahid Tanvir, a professional whose career journey spans grassroots work, operational leadership, and global corporate delivery.
Beginning his career in hands on local roles, Zahid progressed into management within fast paced operational environments before moving into senior positions across retail, finance, and international organisations.
Over the years, he has led teams, delivered complex projects, and supported global deployments across multiple industries. This experience highlighted a consistent gap between formal education and the real skills required to succeed in professional workplaces.
The Foundation was established to close that gap by translating real world industry experience into accessible, practical training that empowers individuals to navigate modern careers with confidence.
